Lol finally went for my 1st lecture in 2 weeks! Yeah u heard me rite.......din go for a single lesson the whole of last week except my lab.........den tis week almost the same except that i attended the lecture after the lab..........which took me 4 freaking hours to complete sia! Luckily i managed to download AutoCAD 2006 onto my laptop (pirated one lar...) so can do in my room also if i can't get it done in time at the lab..........
Have to start mugging liao even though i still tink it's freaking early to be doing that........cos year 2 siao one so many projects and labs........

Went for a Sunday brunch with Kah Sing at Paulana sth sth at Millenia Walk.......the food selection wasn't really that varied but overall it was still ok......at least the price didn't left me staring a hole through Kah Sing this time.............n we really ate till we were full......VERY FULL........
After that we met up with Zhi Yong be4 we started queing up for ages to inquire abt trips to taiwan...........wahhhhhh all quite ex leh.............in the end i told em might as well go Msia.........so many nice places and SO CHEAP...........the last time i went redang it only cost me abt RM350!!! Dat's like less than S$170 leh!!!!!!!! And for 4 days 3 nights summore........but dat was during off-peak season lar maybe peak season slightly more ex...........anyway there are really quite many places to go in msia where you can really enjoy urself, plus both of em singaporeans mar if they really wanna shop the exchange rate is in their favour anyway :( damn i so kelian..........
The scholarship board dumped 2K into our accounts but i'm guessing that's be4 the hall deducts the freaking expensive hall fees...........can't imagine how much will be left after the deduction sia...........can they pls NOT deduct................i'm so freaking poor..............
Oh ya we watched "Money Not Enuf 2" also and i think that the flow of the story abt jialat..........i mean the story itself quite cliched at parts but others still not so bad..........but the cutting and editing of the movie itself sucks a bit...........but i kinda like the beginning........the special effects were quite good...........din expect to see that in a Jack Neo movie.......... :)

I haven blogged regularly nowadays cos i realised there's really nth much to blog about.....when term starts it's pretty much back to the same old routine - Lessons, committee meetings and a bit of this or that in between........ The only thing different is that I'm in a different position this semester onwards. No longer a freshman........no longer a "junior"........ It's especially apparent when you're heading a committee........and you have to speak up in front of all the freshies and act like you're in charge.......well technically i AM in charge since i'm the head but i'm still trying to get used to it......... And then you learn from your errors.......and to do that you have to be thick-skinned enough to accept the criticisms from you fellow peers and seniors (or you'll end up wanting to dig a hole and hide by the time the debrief is done...)
I'm not used to being in charge.........more used to just following instructions........but i guess that's not the way to go in one's life.......or i'll never end up in a different position from where i am right now......... Kinda tough..........but heck since the opportunity's here, might as well grab it.......

Temasek Hall Dinner And Dance Bash at Zouk today................. This is my 1st time being at Zouk in Singapore.......and my 2nd time being in a club i guess...........there wasn't THAT many people cos we booked it till 10pm. I prefer such clubs hahahaha not crowded to the extent that you can't even get anywhere without knocking into someone's butt while having someone knocking into yours.

I still don't drink, so i had Coke instead. Lol kinda sia sueh hor....? But i tasted some of the drinks my frens ordered and i'm still sincerely convinced that i absolutely do not like to drink...........and i guess that's not gonna change for some time to come.......

It's not like they din go thru the exact same thing last year...........and yet it still happens again and again and again............and then they start blaming us for not helping them enough (or at all)..................i mean come on.............your planning sucks...............your whole operation stinks of lousy planning and low enthusiasm..............i only pity those who really gave it their all..............
Numbers no longer mean anything when your competitors face the same situation..........why issit that they can do it but you can't.........? In such situations, reasons evolve into excuses...........but sadly excuses that are non-excusable................
We're used to being overlooked or neglected...........and it's not like i'm complaining...........so don't come complaining ABOUT US not helping when we have..........plus the fact that we don't see you guys HELPING US BACK with our assignments...............tsk.................we've been there helping you...........we've stuck with you guys from the start to the end of the tech runs..............what more do you expect............?
Luckily those complaining really only belong to the minority............cos seriously if i didn't have so many frens there in the 1st place, i really dun noe how badly my opinion wud turn out to be..............
The dancers really rock! I mean, one look at their performance and you wud just stand up and applause...........they really really did a fantastic job this year and i really enjoy their performance! It was so good that i didn't mind watching them perform over and over again. Pity they always get so little points for their efforts.............
But anyway, all in all it's a collective effort. Everyone contributed in one small way or another, so no matter what the opinion is, we all still look forward to winning. The glory ultimately goes to everyone, so it's for the best if we win. But i do hope they wake up after what they went thru this year...........sometimes being able to stick to the schedule really means a lot...................
On another note, The Dark Knight was really really good! Didn't know it was going to last for so long, but at least there wasn't really any gaps with no content so all in all it was pretty entertaining throughout! Can't fault Heath Ledger's performance at all............couldn't even recognize him under all that make up...........but then the movie was really dark..........kinda chills your heart to know that someone like that could exist........or that someone could even imagine up a character like that in the very first place.............
