U noe.....u hardly realise another year's gone just like dat.......cos it just went by like dat......new year's eve was just like any other day.........so was new year's day.......nth much.....
But all in all, i dun really noe whether i had a good year or not..too many events i can hardly recall........memories that i've conveniently stacked away thinking that i'll be able to take them out easily anytime i wan.......but be4 i realised it they have all faded away........so convenient rite.....
Well, the starting of tis year was probably marked by my trip to bangkok together with arvin, kah sing and mathias........though i really cant remember whether we went at the end of 2006 or early 2007.........but to me that trip still marks the end of our A levels and the start of a new journey.....as well as a significant landmark of our friendship. It was also my 1st time going on a holiday trip abroad with friends and the entire journey was simply enjoyable. :)

And no sooner was i back from Bangkok when i left again for Pulau Redang (Redang Island) again with my sec sch frens. The island was just pure heaven and the trip was just worth everything! And to tink that i even had to consider whether or not to go.... Can't wait to make another trip down there again... Maybe by the end of sem 2...?

Next was probably my 1st time working.......1st as a part-time waiter at Pepperlunch of which i onli lasted a day be4 throwing in the towel.........F&D is so not my type of work, unless of course i'm the boss or the person eating....... Got another job at woodlands near my uncle's place as data-entry clerk.....pathetic pay but at least i had sth to occupy my time......
Soon it was CNY and like usual i was really really looking forward to it. Can't explain why....but CNY has never failed to be one of the highlights in my life year after year. It's probably gotta do with the ang pao money i get lol....

Slacked my entire hols after dat since i din return to work......travelled to n fro for 1105 outings......watched loads n loads of movies wif kee at the cinema (its cheap in msia) and slouched at home to the point of irritating my mum so badly she threatened to find me a job herself, which of course managed to be dodged by me in the end....

Soon it was time to collect our results and to be honest i'm actually quite happy with it now that i'm thinking bck......sure i can do better but looking at where those results have gotten me now i really dun have much to complain.
Joining union camp was one of the 1st few moves i took to start having a change in me.....and in the end i enjoyed the whole experience too! Moving into TH after that was slightly more bearable since i was accustomed to life in spore again by then. Hall orientation was another highlight of the year cos it was so different from other orientation that i've been thru and it also laid down the foundation for the rest of the days i spent at TH. Meeting all the Alka ppl esp Chris n Xin Hui has certainly made life at TH more enjoyable!!

Start of the 1st semester was pretty hectic cos was still trying to get used to everything that's going on there....Took up French, joined many different hall committees, met up with old and new friends regularly, mugged in libraries, jogged at 1am in the morning, filmed n edited videos, went for night-cycling, dressed as a mahjong tile for D&D, went to sentosa for Alka gathering etc etc........

Full packed huh...? Well discounting my laosy results tis sem n the fact dat i may lose my scholarship if i dun buck up by next sem, its been a pretty good year. Lots of new beginnings, changes dat i strove to make n see in myself as well as changes i saw in myself as a result of the interaction with different ppl i met along the way. At the end of it i've learnt a great deal, of both uni life as well as the kinda person i am.........though there's still much more to learn.
It's been a hectic year, no doubt...and i noe this year this sem things r just gonna get worst......but hey if i can survive this sem n manage to retain my scholarship and ddp, that will probably make 2008 a great year already! Not forgetting the fact that CNY is coming soon and as usual i just can't wait......!
