Have been thinking of changing the template for quite sum time already cos i was kinda tired with having to source for new ones all the time, esp when those u find on sites like blogskins can be pretty complicated, and worse, having small areas for the posts..........i wanted something clean cut..........simple and most importantly BIG cos i dun like the post area to be small........i mean the freaking screen is there to hold whatever u can throw at it so u mite as well make good use of ur screen space rite....? Instead of having the bulk of it filled with nth but empty coloured background, i would rather have mine filled with either words or pictures............
So i used one of the templates given by blogger and added a few stuff to the sidebar and voila! Simple and clean! And best of all the font's actually quite big so it makes reading easier i guess.........and the post area is relatively large so it can host big pictures easily too!
Just came bck to singapore............veri sien...........got a shock of my life on friday nite when i saw the results of one of my mid term papers...........it was like freaking below average........i tink i failed..........and the worst is i actually PREPARED for it.............i went thru my notes, my tutorials (twice) and even read the freaking textbook (which normally ends up as nth but another decorative item on my shelves...) and after the test even though i knew i made a few mistakes i didn't expect to get such low marks....!!! I mean it was FREAKING BELOW AVERAGE........! What the heck! I spent 1 day preparing for maths and i got full marks then for that module i spent 3 days doing my revision and in the end i failed......?!
If i actually scored for my french paper which i should be getting back soon, i most definitely will not study too early anymore..........cos i onli spent 1 day on my french revision............
Wad kind of fucked up relationship do u see between the time spent on ur revision and ur eventual results..........? I say they're negatively related.................

Damn it............they did mention that we can appeal.............so i did..........but then i'm not hopeful cos they told us in the announcement that they marked the papers twice and checked it trice when inputing the data............so somehow, somewhere, there exists a problem.........or problems, for all i noe......and since we wun get back our papers, i most probably wun know wad's the problem anyway.........
Which leads me to an issue that has left me perplexed since last semester...........there are quite a number of modules that do not allow students to bring back the question papers after the test........and thus they also do not post up the answers/solutions onto IVLE after the test (onli exception being maths i tink........) SO HOW THE HECK DO U EXPECT US TO KNOW WAD'S OUR MISTAKES AND LEARN FROM THEM TO PREPARE OURSELVES FOR THE FINALS THAT WAY!!??
I mean by simply telling us what's our score doesn't help does it?
AND WHAT THE HELL IS THE USE OF PUTTING PAST YEAR QUESTIONS INTO THE LIBRARY PORTAL WHEN YOU DO NOT INCLUDE THE ANSWERS/SOLUTIONS???
Gods.............do you actually expect us to complete those past year papers ourselves and then bombard the lecturers/tutors with our solutions and ask them to mark it for us? I tink they will be the first ones to stage a street protest if they realise they have to mark like 3 papers PER student.............but the sad fact is that most students wun bother to do/attempt these past year papers when they realise no answers are available.............
Ok one stupid mid term fail is causing me a lot of frustration..........mostly because i dun understand wad went wrong............it wasn't a tough module..........AND I STUDIED..............did i leave out anything from the formula...............?
Crazy maxis has been smsing me the results for the Sepang F1 continuously even when i'm already in Singapore with the Singtel line on.............they better not charge me for anything since i most definitely did not subscribe to that service...........i dun even watch F1..........the only F1 news i noe is that Lewis Hamilton guy cos his face was all over the Sports section nowadays............
Time's up.........need to bath, then start completing my tutorials.............i'm not gonna give in........i'll fucking get the results i want even if i have to start attending lectures and tutorials (the irony, OH THE IRONY!!!)
