It's always like..............one long period of time stretches on............and the things you do during that period of time seems to be strangely familiar at times, and yet completely new too........but everything you do........it's all within a routine........and so day in day out, you repeat the things you'll be doing again one week down the road.........and then 2 weeks.........and then 3.........
But then all of a sudden something pops up out of the blue.......and you get struck by the fact that something so random and totally unexpected can be so beautiful..........
I look around myself, and stare at the things that are
The things that were, and the things that will be
They pass me by, in a blink of an eye
And before I know it, there's just me
They flicker and fly, they're all over my eyes
They laugh and they cry, they never stay by my side
I try to catch them, to hold them still

Ahhhhhhhh..........the annual Night-Cycling event..........well i guess I am getting old.....cos i hardly remembered the hardship I went through last year when I signed up for the same event........
This year's trip down memory lane through the same event certainly brought back those memories.............
Albeit the bad ones............... o.O
My ass hurts whenever I sit on the bike.....i had to constantly shift my left and right buttock cheek to be seated on the chair of the bike to reduce the pain....... My legs ache so badly half the time I was in pure-momentum mode - I let the momentum of the pedals guide my legs up and down the peddles................
I have no idea whether I'm still fully a man after that almost 8 hours worth of torture......possibly I've gone from the size of a chicken's egg to that of a quail..........it's hard on the guys this event....
Well, I have no idea just what made me sign up for this year's event........ya the route is different......the places we have supper has also been changed.......the shirt went from being Sheares back to plain old Temasek white......and I'm going with a whole bunch of friends.......
BUT STILL...............
Maybe it's all worth it in the end......especially when the jetty comes into sight......or when you witness one whole plate of chicken wings served to your table.........or when you have fun playing games and chatting to your friends on the way..........
Regardless of all that, one thing's for sure..........my entire body aches for a nice long rest........

Just went to Wisma Atria to get back the repaired equipments............i brought S$360 cash with me...............the total cost was S$360.50!!!!!!!!!! Luckily i had a one dollar coin plus a 50 cent coin in my wallet................JUST NICE SIA...................wahliao i used up all my money for the committee lar.........dunno when they will reimburse me........arghhhhhh................
Watched "Painted Skin" with Kah Sing today...............cos i wanted to watch that movie after listening to the theme song on youtube............din quite like the constant fading away (into black screen, albeit only for a while) that appeared at the front part of the movie.........made it feel like a drama more than a commercial movie............the supposed most dramatic scene wasn't as nice or realistic as i thought it would be...........but i love Zhao Wei in this movie! :D And Zhou Xun too! Not a bad movie..........but I've seen better. Still, enjoyed it anyway...
Too many things to take care of next week.........I better spend Sunday wisely or I'll probably live to regret it..................

And I need a lot A LOT of money to start my new collection of this series of graphic novels i just saw.........Just completed the Lucifer series and there was like 11 books in total, each costing me about S$20!!!! How much there liao??!! S$220 lor!!!!! Plus I started buying this novel series "The Wheel Of Time" by Robert Jordan..........lagi jialat.............got like 12 or 15 books in total.......each book as freaking thick as a Harry Potter book (the last few books) with smaller font and also costing me S$20 per book!!! I've only reached book 5..........then got another graphic novel series "The Fables" I only collected till book 2.........the new series that I wanted to start lagi LAGI JIALAT costing S$40++ per book.......................! ARGHHHHHHHHH...............I need a lot A LOT A LOT of money to finish collecting everything............!!!!!!!!!

I certainly didn't expect there to be SO MANY things to be taken care of when i took over the reins of the committee.........so many planning to do....and have to do detailed ones or else you might as well not do.......so many changes taking place within the committee this year 2.......it's hard to not think about the committee all day long when there are so many things yet to be done.......arghhhhh......and just when i though i finally have time to focus on my studies.......
Well at least things are picking up a bit.......as we proceed on with the schedule there seems to be lesser things that needs dealing with. Haih better start catching up with my homework.......i seem to be behind almost EVERYTHING............shit...........
