Note to self:

Recipe for god-knows-whats-in-this-mash

Pumpkin/Butternut Squash
Sweet Potato (preferably orange or purple-fleshed)
Garlic
Onion
(Optional) Avocado/Hummus
Ginger Powder
5 Spice Powder
Mixed Herbs (Dry)
Chili/Cayenne Powder
Black Pepper (Coarse)
Salt
(Optional) Lime

Roast everything (cept for the avocado/hummus), dump into a food processor, add the condiments and jab away at the button till you've vent all you pent up anger.

Voila.
